Low speed on first sight

Hello Couldo you tell me Why the first visit on the website (backend and frontend) is very slow??

Disactivating theme it works great.

If I reactivate it I have to wait about 40 seconds to load the page.

I have other websites on the server and they works great.

I checked and it's all right.

I still have issue only the first request....

The first visit is the most important, it's setting up the cookies, downloading images (and keeps some informations) in the browser storage.

This is basic thing in the browsers nowaday.
