Betheme BUG

Hi Forum,

Something has been going wrong with my Betheme installation for some time. 

The problem: Whenever [or very often] I want to add new content to a page,
it is deleted and not displayed. For example, I add a picture gallery, save it [clear the cache]
but it doesn't show anything. He often deletes other things at the same time
or changes the design of the other columns ... Please help ...

I made a backup in 2019 with the help of my hoster. I have the feeling that the site has had these bugs ever since ...

Hello,

It looks like your server values are too small for the BeTheme.

Please, create a PHPINFO file for us and send us a link to it.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing:

1) PHP Time Limit to 180s

2) PHP Max Input Vars to 5000

After that, everything will be okay.

Hello,

I have extended the Php.ini with the parameters. Unfortunately it still doesn't work. max_input_vars = 5000;

It has to be made by the hosting provider - you just changed the local value, when the global value is still 1000.

The local value is always limited to global, so if you set the local to 5000, and global is set to 1000, then local won't cross the 1000.
