Can't resize some elements in builder

Hello I have problem with editor.
I can't resize some elements to make them wider narrower.
I installed wordpress and imported site, then I wanted to add some elements and I can't resize it, I can't even resize most of elements that were imported with site (I can some), I can edit and resize subsections.

All buttons other that + and - are working on every element.

I tried:
Disabling all plugins
Changing php version
Reinstalling whole wordpress
Creating new page adding section, subsection and element - I can resize and edit subsection (grey), and only edit and duplicate element (blue).
