Header sizing issue

I'm having an issue where the header size is displaying differently on different browser types, specifically Safari & Chrome on MacBooks. Is there any CSS I can use that keeps the header size consistent across all browsers?

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the issue still exist.

After further investigation I cannot see any difference, even on macbook (13')

I compared the browsers on other screen and there is no difference - https://prnt.sc/v6x8xa

Please, ask your client to clear the cache of his browser.
