I would like to have a simple page where I can embed content from another site. Specifically walk-throughs from theses. I have their WP PIO installed. This seems like it should be really simple, but so far it eludes me.

I also have to say the recentish WP upgrades with their own system of code blocks adds to the complication.

Please advise.

Can you explain to me what is WP PIO, and what it does?

We do not support any plugins that allow to display different page content.

But you can use iframe and put content there using "Column" item.
