Can Not Edit This Block

Hello,

I can not find a a way to edit this block in posts. see attached.I tried to edit the post but i didn't find somewhere can edit this block.

I think this is due to the theme template, but i can not find the right way to edit it.

The block you mentioned is placed in sidebar.
To edit it, please, go to: Appearance > Widgets, and modify sidebar content.
