Huge white blank space under homepage content

I just purchased BeTheme yesterday and I'm trying it with sample article. I noticed that every time I open the homepage, it has a big empty space below the content even though there's no space in the admin editor. Then once I reload it or press F12 for source, it disappears. I tried to fix it via customizer but to no avail. Can you please help me?

Hello,
This is because of 'min-height' of the sidebar, and it force the website to have some height if you want to have proper display of sidebar.

This value cannot be changed, and the only way is to remove this sidebar or leave it like it is now.

I created my right sidebar there. The only problem I'm facing is the min-height of the sidebar and I can't find any solution for that.

There is no option to modify the sidebar's 'min-height' because it needs this value to display the sidebar correctly on the website.
You would have to do Theme file modifications, and we do not provide help with that.
