Subitems NOT showing up | Both with or without header Builder
This is the BIG problem i'm having:
- without the HB plugin, NO menu is showing up, not main items, nor subitems. ZERO.
- with the HB, there are just the main items showing up. There is a down arrow indicating that there is a subitem, but when you pass over the main voice no subitem shows up.

I see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.
It is always good to have your Betheme up-to-date.
Also, please, check the following links about Menu and Header Builder, and be sure that you made all steps properly.
