Why is it so difficult to edit content?

Hi,

I installed this theme. First I had the "Consultant" pre built website and it kept getting stuck whenever I wanted to edit. Than I installed GSM service bre built website and I saw html code inside the muffin builder.

Instead of easily create and edit pages I have to do troubleshooting etc instead of save my time and easily edit content. I really like the design and the performance of this theme but unfortunately this is taking too much trouble to edit.

I tested all of these removing all plugins.

What can I do in this situation? Get a refund as I probably just buy another theme to use?
