Thanks for a wonderful theme.

I was wondering if it would be possible to set boxed layout on specific parts of a page.

Hello,
Well, there is no option to set boxed layout for specific part of a page.
You can set boxed layout for whole particular pages.
Check the following link about creating layouts.

Or you can set "Padding | Horizontal" in Section options.
