When I try to import a pre-made template it says The package could not be unziped.

2) Did you try to download the pre-built website when only required plugins for demo are enabled?
3) Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Is your theme up to date? Yes. I just bought it yesterday so it should be.
Is my wp up to date? Yes.
Did you try to download the pre-built website when only required plugins for demo are enabled?
Yes. It's a fresh install so there are no other plugins installed.

Yes /uploads and /themes is 755

Please head to the BeTheme -> Dashboard, and tell me, is your ZipArchive shining green? It should as well.
If it's not, you have to contact your hosting provider to set it up.

Is there a way to import the templates manually?
Well, there is no way to import them manually, we do not provide (we did not ever try it).
Can you contact your hosting provider and ask him about logs, what kind of error does he get while this error appear?
