MegaMenu not showing

Hello, when i set a menu item as a mega menu, it doesnt' show (the megamenu) in desktop version.

I've inspected the html structure and seems to be there (it works in mobile menu)

I've followed the instructions in the video (create the "-" sub item with "#" anchor and so on...) and i don't know if i'm doing something wrong.

Could you help me to make this work, please?

Added information: It shows when the menu is the "sticky menu", so, you can see the megamenu as soon as you scroll down the page.

Why isn't it shown below the "regular" menu (the non-sticky)?

Hello,

Can you send me a screenshot how you created your mega menu, please?

Also, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache and check if the issue still appears.

Hello Phil, find attached the screenshot of the menu

I've disabled every plugin, refreshed cache and tested, and no luck this time.

The megamenu only shows in "fixed" header layout

If i select "Classic" style it doesn't show unless you scroll down, so that the "sticky" header applies

I've set it as "fixed" header layout to make it work.

Appart os this, is there any place to stilize the mega menu?

how to make it narrower?

and/or define the number of columns? and width of them?

and how to center content?

Could you please tell me where to find instructions about the megamenu?
