Why when I click on the tree on the Network TV-Tuner or PCI Backplanes, redirects me to the German version. Where can I disable these redirects?

All of these buttons are placed in Slider created with Slider Revolution plugin.
To turn off these redirects, please, go to Slider Revolution and click on pencil icon to edit your slider.
After that click on the button, select Actions from menu on the right, and from the window that will appear click on trash bin icon.

Well, there must be a problem with the "Polylang" plugin (which is not supported by us) or by corrupting the database record of the slider because even when we switch to the theme to the default one, it does not work.
Also, what is the difference between "Produkte Baum EN" and "Startseite EN" because on the first one, the link to the same location works correctly, can you clone that slider and recreate the "Startseite" ?
