Contact Form Not Working
Greetings, everyone. My problem is, when I try to send a test message from the contact form that is found on the "Contact Us" page of my website, the message is not being delivered to the email address where it's supposed to be delivered.

Please, be sure that you did not make any typos in your email address.
If you are sure that you did everything correctly, please, turn off all of the plugins (except Contact Form 7), and check if this issue still appears.
You can also send us a link to your website, so we could take a closer look at it.

Hi Phil. Thank you for your prompt reply. I followed your instructions to disable all plugins with the exception of Contact Form 7 and that did not correct the issue. Do you think it is in the realm of possibility the theme I currently have installed may be corrupt? I say corrupt because a freelancer I was working with installed it on my site prior to me purchasing the license. My site is https://stillinlove.info Thank you.
I see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.
Your is 20.7.2.1 and the newest one is 21.9.4.
Please, update it and check if this problem still appears.

No. The problem was not fixed with the theme update.
Please send us WordPress dashboard access and ftp access to your server privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I wrote the information exactly as you asked to write it. The instructions as you wrote them on December 5, were quite clear.
Any information I failed to submit was because it was not requested. And, it would appear, they were also not briefed on this issue.
There is not one bit of additional information you're now asking me to submit that they don't already have.

I tested it, and the contact form works perfectly, the mail is coming to my inbox.
Please be sure, that you do not have your incoming messages in the SPAM folder or you did not make any typos inside the "TO" form configuration.

I'm happy to report that emails sent through my contact form are now working perfectly as designed, although they are going straight into my "Junk" folder. But that's not a big issue. I just have to now figure out how to have Outlook stop sending them to the "Junk" folder.
