My Persian language blogs are not responsive
Hi Dear support team,
I am using Betheme, I have multi language website called https://www.hausbiz.com/
The website English version Blog single pages are totally responsive and has no problem, however, when I go to persian single page of blogs (not translated by WPML), all of persian blog pages are NOT responsive and google search console warning me about my blog pages are not responsive and it is affecting my google ranking.

Sorry, but we did not test any other plugin then WPML with our theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.

what are mentioning I didn't understand. I didn't use third party plugin. NO third party plugin. I just create blog that is it. I used WPML and create blog page for persian language. even I didn't translate it from any other language.
??????? I paid for support in order to help me. I think you even didn't check my website what I am telling.
Please help me with this issue, it really affecting my website in ranking
Sorry, but I misunderstood you when you said "not translated by WPML", and I thought you used another plugin.
Please, try to disable all of the plugins (except the WPML) and check if the issue still appears.

I have done it and still the same problem.

I updated WP engine, Betheme, WPML plugin, however, still I have the same problem.
Even I have tried to deactivated all plugin except WPML, again I faced with the same problems.
I noticed that you use the child theme.
Please, switch your theme to parent, update it, and check if your issue still appears.
You can also tell me on what devices your website does not work.

The website is working,
The English Blog pages is totally fine on desktop and Mobile
The persion blog pages on desktop is fine, however, on Mobile is not responsive.
I don't know why you are asking me to check if the blog is working on parent theme or not!
I activate parent theme, then child theme disappeared.
I need your urgent help! I am just getting in trouble. Please check if from your side.

So far What I have tried:
I deactivate all plugins except WPML, the problem still there,
I activate parent Theme, the problem still there
I update all Betheme, WPML plugins and WP engine, still I am facing with the problem.
please, I need your urgent action

The Child Theme won't disappear by the betheme's fault, as we can both see, on the bottom of your screenshot, that wordpress detected the problem and that's why it does not show that theme.
It means, that you made some customizations which broke the theme, and we cannot be the source of that help at all, because we do not provide help with that.
The package with betheme and child theme works properly, we tested it.
About the RWD problems, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I found another strange problem with WPML after updating of WP engine, Betheme and WPML plugins.
There is a page by this EN URL: https://www.hausbiz.com/property-for-sale-in-istanbul/ however, its persian /fa/ translation by this URL https://www.hausbiz.com/fa/property-for-sale-in-istanbul/ not possible to open it. I delete the translation and again duplicate the page by WPML, still it doesn't work.

I added the CSS code, but it doesn't work. still I have same problem about persian blogs and the above mentinoed page.
Please well noted, the mobile version of persian blog pages (POST) are not responsive, if you open the below post in any mobile (specially Iphone) you would see the post not responsive at all and the post content sliding to left and right. google consider the persian blog not responsive to mobile devices at all

Sorry, but I do not understand - these posts you sent are fully responsive, I tested it on iPhone 12
Can you tell me, what is the problem with responsive view? There is no overlap, the text is correctly visible and any of the element is not distorted.

Sorry, I had to switch to the parent theme, because your Child Theme is modified a lot and I through that it's the source of the problem - but it's not.
Currently, I cannot switch to the child theme, because you are missing the index.php file, please do what the error message tells you, or download the package with betheme child from themeforest and paste that file in the main directory of your actual child theme.

Because you change to parent theme and the child theme had a problem. we restore the website. please don't activate the parent theme. I have already test all possible ways such as updating plugins, themes, activate parent.
