Element anchor links not working
Hi guys,
I have a link in the header of my site that is supposed to link to an element within a page.
It works fine from the page itself, but when you click the link from any other page it takes you to the top of the target page instead of directly to the element anchor.
Here is the website in question -
You will see a button at the top right of the website labelled "FREE SITE VISIT & QUOTE" the link for this button is as follows - https://foxtonsframes.com/free-quote/#freequoteanchor
On the free-quote page, I have added a custom ID to a section on the website, you can see a screenshot of the ID tag attached to this post.
However, when you click on that free quote button from any page on the website, it takes you to the top of the free quote page instead of to the anchor element. If you click on the free quote button again once you are on the free quote page, only then does it take you to the element anchor.
Can anyone help me get this resolved?

Please, update your theme to the newest version, and check if this issue still appears.
Also, can you check if the same problem happen when you use the anchor link to the setion that is lower on the page, please?
