BeTheme content no longer showing on website

I use BeTheme for all of my clients' websites. I have moved the sites to a new hosting environment (Bluehost) where I now have control of PHP version and all .ini variables. The PHP version is 7.3 and I have jacked all variables just to get something to appear:

allow_url_fopen = On

allow_url_include = Off

display_errors = Off

enable_dl = Off

file_uploads = On

max_execution_time = 900

max_input_time = 1000

max_input_vars = 25000

memory_limit = 800M

post_max_size = 400M

session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440

session.save_path = "/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php72"

upload_max_filesize = 556M

zlib.output_compression = On

Below are screencaps of the real page and the page in question with no content.

I have tested by disabling all plugins with no change.

The URL in question (but is also the entire site)is:

Need help please! :)

Thank you.

  • Hello,

    Can you send me a link to your PHPINFO file anyway, please?

    It is urgent for me to investigate this.

    If you do not know how to do that, please,check the following link.

    Thanks

  • Phil: All done. Please let me know as soon as you can. I have a very upset client :( Thanks.

  • Like you will see on the following screenshot, the max_input_vars and max_input_time values are high only for Local Value, but not for Master Value.

    Please, contact your hosting provider to change max_input_time to at least 180 and max_input_vars to at least 5000.

    Thanks

  • Thank you for this Phil. We are on a shared hosting platform (Bluehost). In your opinion, do you think Master Values will be something we'd be able to change? Thanks so much.

  • You have to try to change these values because without it the website display will be corrupted.

    If you will not be able to change that, only option I can recommend you is to change your hosting to one where this problem will not appear.

    Best regards

  • This doesn't make sense. I've not had this issue with the other 15-20 BeTheme licensed websites I've built. The reason these hosts give a local php value admin is to give the developer greater control of the sites at the php memory level. The changes made via my cPanel "MultiPHP INI Editor" are reflected on the BeTheme System Status -> Server Environment list. If this all had to do with what the host's "Master Value" PHP settings stated then don't you think the Theme would recognize them? Because they don't. They recognize the values I made for the "Local Value". This is my client's largest and most significant website. I am a loyal BeTheme user. I need more help than what you gave before. Looking forward to hearing back from you, Phil.

  • Probably you did not have this issue on your previous websites because, as you mentioned, this website is "the largest and most significant". On websites with less content, this problem does not occur, but when the amount of content breaks a certain point, then the website display issues appear.

    You can believe me that in most cases changing the Master value of max input vars to at least 5000 solves this problem.

    I would not ask you to do something that would not help you because I want all the best for our customers. ?

    You can also tell me how did you move your website. Did you use some plugin?

    If there is a possibility, can you try to move your website with the Duplicator plugin, please, and check if this issue appears then?

    With kind regards

    Phil
