Hello,
That is because all Company demos were created with the Muffin Builer and it is impossible to edit content of one builder with another.
If you want to use Elementor you will have to create your website from a scratch, or you can use pre-built website already created in Elementor.

Is it possible to copy only a section of a pre-built theme?
There is no option to copy only one section from another pre-built website, but you can import whole content.
