sticky header doesn't work

Hello,

I was using Betheme and all was working fine but I just found out that the sticky header doesn't work. I didn't really paid attention to it until now. I see no error, it's showing like for a second and then disappear.

i tried disabling plugins but nothing changes. Any idea ?
