Downloading & Installing Muffin Builder
I inherited a website to manage that was created with BeTheme.
I purchased a new license and upgraded.
It includes WP Bakery Page Builder, but that won't edit most of the pages.
Muffin Builder is NOT in the website. I'm wondering if the pages were created with Muffin Builder.
How can I add Muffin Builder to the website?

Hello,
Can you explain to me greater what you mean that Muffin Builder is not in the website?
If you mean that you cannot see the builder while editing the page, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and check if you have Builder | Visibility set to --Everyone--.
Thanks
That IS turned on .... still no Muffin Builder available.
You mention in other posts about dragging Muffin Builder from the right hand sidebar to below. It doesn't exist there.
AND this is one of the pages that won't edit. It shows when you go to the website: About us - Zontos
BUT when you open EDIT it shows NO CONTENT at all ... and Muffin Builder is no where to be seen. In fact WP Bakery shows that it is an empty page. How did the content get there? It must be from Muffin Builder which doesn't apparently exist, even after a reinstall of the latest version of BeTheme (download and over writing the version that was updated when I got the new license)
I emailed access to the website to you yesterday.
FYI ...
I have turned off all Plugins and tried to see if Muffin Builder would show up. .... NO - Nothing!
I have cleared all caches & Plugins turned off ... NO - Nothing!
I downloaded the most recent version of BeTheme and did an upload replacement of the older version that had been upgraded when I got our new license. ... NO - Nothing!
I have tried the pages with WP Bakery & Elementor. Strangely WP Bakery, or plain edit, doesn't show the content that appears on the website when you visit it. Elementor does show the content on its Front End Editor but will not edit the content.
You say you answer in 24 hours ... why didn't I get a reply to my email with access to the website that I sent yesterday. It was in your inbox this morning when you got to work, but no response. There is now a 2nd email with access & with the requested link to PHP INFO.
HELP PLEASE!! .... It is NOT me! I've been developing websites for 20 years. I'm also an IT Manager of an engineering company. I understand computers. I'm also a problem solver, but editing this existing BeTheme website is a problem I can't figure out.
Sorry, but there were some issues with the Envato contact form, and it did not redirect the mails to us.
They said that it is working now. Can you send this message again, please?
Remember to attach all the required information.
Thanks
Why did it take you that long to find out? I don't think I can recommend BeTheme to anyone when you can't respond to a request for over 4 days?
We are very sorry but we did not notice it because only some of the emails did not come.
Most of them were delivered without any issues.
Can you send this message again, please?
Thanks
I sent a message 4 times starting 5 days ago with login to our website . Today I finally get a response from you that someone will get back with me here in the forum ....... sometime?
WHEN?? Seriously this is the worst Support Ticket response from any software company I worked with in the last twenty years of building websites.
I sent the Support Request and information again this morning.
Your Muffin Builder is rolled up in the "Page Options" which is hidden, simply click on it and the Muffin Builder will appear :)
Thanks
What a HORRIBLE design ... and no clear instructions about that anywhere that I could find. You should change that and make it more obvious!!!!
This is default for wordpress, we cannot simply change that - it would require wordpress core modifications which we cannot do, it could cause enormous problems.
If you have some further questions, feel free to ask :)
Thanks
