Hi

I install bethem in subdomain of host , and add font to it , but the font wont be shown and I changed the theme to wp default theme. also cleared cashed for that. give me some advise.

What about new muffing builder ? I'm so exited to hear about.

    Hello,

    1) To have this Zoom hover effect, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> General, and select Zoom | without icons from Style dropdown menu.

    2) Our team is working very hard everyday to improvise and polish the new Muffin Builder. I cannot tell any details about it but I believe that you will be very satisfied with the result ?

    3) Did you put your custom font in both .woff and .ttf extensions?

    I found number 1) and fixed by myself and I was edit the post and removed from ticket, But it seems you received my request anyway.

    2)please please tell me just a little about it, I insist because I'm going to use third-party plugins, and maybe it doesn't necessary to use them. PLEASE?

    3)Yes I did , but in betheme doesn't shown , I also have another theme , with that was show my fonts perfectly. I need to know that when I install bethem , is that crate table in database and stored configurations?

    2) Sorry, but I cannot tell you anything right now. You must be patient, and stay tuned for some official informations.

    3) Did you check if the font appears in the Fonts -> Family in dropdown menus?

    Yes indeed

    But it wont work , maybe its related to host and php version.

    most of plugins crate tables in wordpress database

    Sorry, but I cannot help you with that, because we do not support database modifiactions.

    I hope that you will find solution for your problem, but be aware with doing changes in database because it can broke or corrupt your website.

    Hi

    In gtmetrix and google light house show just woff font, why should we add woff and ttf file in betheme option?

    I mean is it necessary ?

    We recommend uploading both font formats so no browser will have problems with displaying it.

    But nowadays, most modern browsers should handle .woff only, and you can test your website with this extension only.
