We really need to resolve this it works fine on the sticky head, also your demo logo does not show either where using the classic header with your software demo. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hello @YuriVercosa,
I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.
Please, update it and check if the issue still appears.
From version 20 you can update the theme from the dashboard of your WordPress, in the BeTheme tab. Just register the license, and you will be able to update the theme, install newest plugins and import pre-built websites with sliders. We are not including rev-sliders and plugin updates in the theme package.
Thanks
Just installed BeTheme and a Pre-built website (Lab). The logo is not showing, no matter what I try. There's not even an empty space where it should be, even though the source code looks like this...
<div class="logo"><a id="logo" href="https://www.occe2021.fi" title="OCCE 2021 DTEL" data-height="60" data-padding="40"><img class="logo-main scale-with-grid" src="https://www.occe2021.fi/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/occelogo_400.png" data-retina="" data-height="213" alt="occelogo_400" data-no-retina /><img class="logo-sticky scale-with-grid" src="https://www.occe2021.fi/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/occelogo_400.png" data-retina="" data-height="213" alt="occelogo_400" data-no-retina /><img class="logo-mobile scale-with-grid" src="https://www.occe2021.fi/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/occelogo_400.png" data-retina="" data-height="213" alt="occelogo_400" data-no-retina /><img class="logo-mobile-sticky scale-with-grid" src="https://www.occe2021.fi/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/occelogo_400.png" data-retina="" data-height="213" alt="occelogo_400" data-no-retina /></a></div>
This is frustrating since I bought two themes this weekend and scrapped the first one because it didn't do anything I wanted. Bought BeTheme thinking that I'll have no problems with it and pretty much the first thing I do with it is a problem. The original (Lab) logo didn't show up either.
All the Best,
Manu
Hello @manupkp,
Can you turn off the Under Construction, please?
Because I cannot investigate the source of your issue now.
thanks
It's off now.
Just noticed that the logo does show up in mobile menu... just not on desktop.
Hmmm.. also I got it working by clicking on "overflow logo" in the settings. I guess I can go forward with that. Need to make it smaller.
So, everything is working fine now?
Is there anything else I could help you with?
Thanks
Not at the moment, thanks!
Hi !
Same problem, le logo on the sticky bar won' t change.
I deleted the 2 old media "restaurant6" from the theme (trattoria) but it continues to display in WP and no longer displays online (broken file) I found the solution for the footer.
In the source code at line 170, the link of the deleted logo file continues to be written !
Help would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hello @sylvainmillet,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, resave theme options, refresh your cache, and check if this issue still appears.
Also, if you are using child theme, switch to parent, and check if it works then.
Thanks
Thanks, It stil the same.

Hello,
Your logo was set, to image which does not exists, I mean, the link to logo was linking to url, which was redirecting to 404, you simply did not change the logo to yours.
I changed it to some image from your media gallery in Theme Options -> Global -> Logo
Thanks
Thanks a lot to fix this problem. I don't know how you do that. But now it's great.
