Web Betheme Licenses It does not work
I have the theme registered with a domain for a long time, currently I want to create a landing page with another domain but when unregistering the previous domain from the wordpress panel, remove it but in the new domain it still indicates that the code is being used.
I have seen several comments from other buyers who complain about the same thing and tell them to check the license in "Betheme Licenses". Which I proceed to do and it throws me an alert that my account or purchase code does not exist.
I leave screenshots for a prompt solution.
NOTE: I buy templates from many authors who work with the Envato API to withdraw active licenses and have not had problems like with Betheme.

Can you check if you did not make any typos while entering your purchase code and Envato username, please?
Remember that this tool is to deregister your license from domains where you forgot to remove your license.

I put my envato username and my item purchase code, where it throws me the following error.
The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.
And when I try to register or register in the new domain, I get if it is still active with the old domain.
And I want to activate my license verification in the profile and it doesn't work either. Betheme's system throws an error.
"Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!"
