Hi,

Any WordPress theme can not be fully prepared according to Google PageSpeed Insights because their guidelines are ridiculous.

Mainly plain HTML pages are suitable for these guidelines, so you should not take all information from there as granted.

Actually, I cannot really recommend any tool because they all work similarly to Google PageSpeed Insights, and they are not wholly relatable.
