is there a way to create a grid or portfolio page with pictures and quotes in it, like the one in this picture?

Sorry, but unfortunately there is no such layout available in our theme.

maybe not as portfolio, but what about building it using muffin builder?
I'm trying to build it, but I don't see a possibility to get the whitespace filled bij the picture under it (see screenshots).
You can try to use a Move up option for a wrap or putting some negative margin.
But you must be aware of using it because on some resolutions the display can be corrupted.
As a workaround for that, you can create two similar sections and hide one on desktop and the other on mobile devices.
