Menu disappears

Hi everybody,

I have an issue with the Menu of https://www.toskanaspezial.de/

The Breakpoint ist set to 1240. As intended, the desktop menu appears at 1240.

But the mobile menu does not appear until 1238. At a screen width of 1239, however, the menu has completely disappeared. Why is that? Can I fix the problem via settings in the Theme Options?

Sorry, but I cannot help you with that issue right now because it may be some bug with Betheme.

My apologies, for that late respond.

We were investigating the source of this issue, but we could not find where this problem lays because it works on our computers and everything seem to be alright in theme files.

Please send us WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

You did not attach the FTP access to your website, can you resend it?

We need it to test that issue, because on our local instances of wordpress/betheme this problem does not appear.

Well, we are not able to recreate that problem, because on our devices the menu is visible as it should, take a look:

But, we created some CSS, which should help you (it's forcing the display on single pixel), please paste it into Theme Options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS

@media only screen and (min-width: 1238px) and (max-width: 1240px){
	#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle{
		display:block!important;
	}
}
@media only screen and (min-width: 1240px) and (max-width: 1240px){
	#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle{
		display:none!important;
	}
}

Hello, this CSS works. Super! Is there a trick that the burger menu is generally placed to the right side of the logo (and not below) from the screen resolution less then 1238. Thanks a lot for your effort!!!
