Logo Shrinks

I am having an issue with a logo that shrinks very small when vied on laptops. It shrinks on Mac's as well as PC's. It displays properly on everything from a desktop down to a cell phone. The shrinking seems to happen at a certain size. I am unable to replicate but I have had clients email me screen shots. I attached one screen shot, you can see the logo above the menu and very small.     Hello,

    Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Logo, and check if you do not have inserted some low value in the Height section.

    If this will not help, please, turn off all of the plugins, update your Betheme to the newest version, refresh your cache, and check if this issue still appears.
