  Hello,

  Please, go to Bethem -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and in Height section put some value, for example 50, and check if this issue still appears.

  Please, go to Betheme -> Theme option -> Responsive -> Header, and try to reduce the Header and Subheader.
