Elements not displayed online
The elements that I add to my homepage via dashboard are not displayed online when I publish the page.
Please, I urgently need to resolve this issue.
I am using the pre-built "Restaurant6"

in particular, when I install the pre-built and publish it, I completely disappear half of the site as in the images that I attach.

As you can see on the following screenshot, your max input time and max input vars values are low.
Please, contact your hosting provider, and ask them to increase these values:
max input time to at least 180
max input vars to at least 5000

As you can see on the following screenshot, only Local Values were changed, but it will not work until the Master Values are changed.
Please, contact them again, and ask them to increase the Master Values.

Unfortunately, my hosting has confirmed to me that the modification of "Local Value" is correct and that it does not affect "Master Value".

Changing only the Local Value will not help because the Master Value is responsible for the amount of content that can be displayed on your website.
I can assure you that in most cases, increasing it resolve this issue.
If your hosting provider does not want to or cannot increase it then the only option that I can recommend you is to change your hosting.
Unfortunately, this issue lies on your server-side, and we cannot do much about it.
