I have noticed that you do not have the newest version of WP, which might be the reason for this error.
Can you update it, please?
Thanks
We have updated the Wordpress and tried updating the theme - results are the same.
Can we please arrange a session to debug and solve this issue?
I have tried to activate the Betheme, and I get this error you mentioned.
This error is probably appearing because you modified something in the theme files.
Can you delete the Betheme, download a new package from ThemeForest, install it, and check if this issue still appears, please?
