You did not follow my instructions. I have created a copy of the slider, justified it for mobile display, created a new page, selected this slider in the Page Options, and the view on the phone increased to the full height.
You need to make only a few changes to make it look good on mobile devices.

2) You can remove it by creating a Custom CSS Code and placing it in the Custom | CSS section in the Page Options of your home page.

But you can edit this slider, open the mobile display, and justify the mobile view.

It doesn't work, and that bottom part is not from slide, and it is the background of the footer.
