Comment area on post pages does not appear

Hi,

I need do enable comments on a specific post page and have activated the comment option in all the places I found and also set the standard template for the post page but no comment area appears. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hello,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog, Portfolio & Shop -> Blog, and check if you have not turned off the Comments.

Please go to Settings -> Discussion and check if you do not have disabled comments there.

The last place where comments can be disabled is in the sidebar while editing your post.

Please attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

You had selected on this post the Template: Builder, and the only builder was displayed. After changing it to Default Template, the comments section appears.

Ok, obviously this was another way (in addition to the ones mentioned above) to show or hide comments. Unfortunately I overlooked that because I used the German version and the translation is not plausible here.

Just for clarification: Not plausible I mean the list item "Versionnummer" which is in the english version the list item "Builder"
