Error message when using the menus

Hi,

Why do I always get the following error when I click on any menu button https://www.raschdorf-online.de/?

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I also get this error message every time I click on the dashboard, whether I click on themes or on plugins. Then when I update, the content is back.

Our provider has no idea!

In the project there is a third-party theme "Twenty Fifteen / zysvxmgqiw", https://pasteboard.co/JTZ1aDF.jpg which was not installed by me. Maybe that's why and I should delete it.

At the moment, WordPress 5.7 cannot be updated either
