Site stuck on Under Construction

Hi - a new site we are building for a client shantiyoga.com.au is having major issues suddenly with the theme. Under Construction is stuck and not coming off! In fact in the Theme Options It says that the Under Construction is off (was assigned to show a page), BUT the world still sees the cover page only. In fact... I have had people from various parts of Australia try, but all they see is the cover page. What to do?

    I have switched to a default theme, updated the BE theme to the latest version and switched back to BE theme. No difference.

    Other things in the theme options get saved, for example a font change that I just applied. But the maintenance mode / under construction is simply stuck. Can you please provide help?

    Seems to have been a bad hosting related thing. As the site is loading again now - without cover page.
