Troubels with Mega menu
Hi,
I want to create a mega menu on http://fcgratkorn.at/wordpress/ (menu --> Mannschaften).
It should look like this --> https://bermancosmeticsurgerycom.temp312.kinsta.cloud/ (menu --> Services; with picture etc.).
However, I cannot figure out why the mega menu doesn't disappear under "Mannschaften" - see Screenshot - neither where I can add a picture.
Please consider that other menus will not have a mega menu (like "Verein").

I've done it like it's demonstrated in the video and documentation. However, whenever I wanted to add a background image and click on "save", the option of adding a background image disappears (see screenshot).
Moreover, I'm not able to click the mega menu on my site as there is padding between the menu and submenu - the mega menu appears not directly under the menu, but far away. Please see the screenshot from my first post.

1) Please, turn off all of the plugins, and check if the issue still appears. Also, if you have any caching tool on your server, please, turn it off because it might hold the settings form before saving.

1) no sorry, it doesn't work although I deactivated all the plugins. And there is no caching tool on my server.
2) Yeah, I'd need help with the code. I'd tried some code, but it doesn't work. Moreover, when I used the code, the sticky menu didn't work anymore...

1) Sorry, but I need to ask. Did you put the whole URL of the image, and clicked Save Menu?
Did you try with diferent images?
2) Did you change the menu? Because it looks diferent now, and I do not know it is the final form.

1) yes, I used the whole URL and tried different IMG. I clicked on Save Menu as well - and as I said before, every time I click on "Save Menu" the option of adding a background image is gone.
2) Now it should be fine (the website isn't "live", therefore I'm trying different things). On the last menu, I tried to do the mega menu - just FYI.
add 1) The background image works on the 1st level (Mannschaften) but not on the 2nd (KM I). As you can see, there is no option to add a background image...
1) I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.
Please, update it and check if the issue still appears.

1) If you want to have images like in the example you gave in the first message, then you should put HMTL <img> tag in front of the menu item text.

I'm sorry to reopen this issue, but the mega menu doesn't work. I've tried your code, but still, the problems I've mentioned are still there. Everything is updated.
However, the option of entering a background image disappears when I click on "save menu" - see screenshot.

Did you send me right screenshot? Because I cannot se there anything related with Mega Menu.

Yes, exactly. The option disappears when I want to save the menu. Then, I'm not able to add a background image.

I have visited your website, and I was able to add an image to the menu item and background of the Mega Menu.
Please, check the Mega Menu under the Mannschaften menu item.

And another problem occurred: When I want to visit the mega menu-submenu (e.g. Mannschaften), the submenu disappears.. (not in the sticky mode)
1) Can you disable the 'lazyload' plugin? Because whole Top_Bar is having that class and I cannot inspect it in proper way.
2) Please use this CSS code:

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> General, and uncheck the option Transparent: Top Bar with menu.
And set this color in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> General.

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Logo, and set Vertcial Padding to zero.
If this will not help, please, replace your logo with a slightly smaller one.
