Unnable to update Layer Slider and WPBakery Page Builder

  Can you tell where do you update your plugins, please? In Plugins tab or in Betheme -> Install plugins?

  Please, turn off all of the plugins, and try to update WPBakery with other plugins disabled.

  Also please, check the following video tutorial to ensure that you do everything correctly.
