responsive LayerSlider WP

The Layer Slider keep the proportions when I put the phone view. What do I do for turn my Slider responsive?
The result I want to achieve is like this:
The proportions of the slider change when using another screen.

The option to turn on the responsive for your slider is at the top of Slider Settings.

My menu is diferent.
I think that I should to put 700 in "maximum responsive ratio". But this change don't do something.

Documentation don't about a responisve configuration.
The scaling change not working. Now, this is the pc and phone view.
I need to change the proportion to achieve the same result the first image on message discussion.

This option only active or inactive the layer for pc/tablet/phone.
I have been researching about the responsive slide in the home page.
We chose beforhome (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/home/) for our pre-build webside and they have a responsive slide in homepage. How is the slider build? I need achieve this result.

This part of the Home pre-built website was created with a section in Muffin Builder.
Moreover, non of our demos use the Layer Slider plugin. To build sliders, we always use the Revolution Slider.
