auto play on windows 7 not playing video background

HI Guys

Im working on this website. https://molloyagencies.co.uk/

While working on windows 10 the video background always auto plays. I have noticed that on windows 7 using chrome, firefox and internet explorer the auto play of a hosted video on youtube didn't auto play.

When I open edit with wpbakery edit feature from the top menu when you view the edit feature the video played. Is windows 7 supported? Is there a fix for this or anything you can suggest to make the video autoplay?
