Custom Css lost after saving theme option

HI, I was changing some colors in the footer section and when I saved it I discovered that all my custom css where lost and the custom css section completely empty...


There's any way to retrieve them and why is that happen?

    Hello,

    Where did you place your custom CSS codes?

    Betheme does not delete anything by itself, and maybe some of your third-party plugins caused it.

    You can find the list of supported plugins on this page, in the sidebar:

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if your custom CSS's appears.

    custom CSS where on the betheme CSS option panel. And I was working on the betheme color panel when that happened.

    It has already happened on another site but luckily I had a backup.

    In this case I don't have any backup and even if I de-activate all the plugin the CSS panel remain empty

    All the other option are still there, just the CSS are gone.

    As I said, Betheme does not delete anything by itself. Also, I tried to reproduce the steps you mentioned, but my CSS codes stayed untouched. So probably one of your plugins, a child theme or modified database, cause it.

    Please contact your hosting provider if they do not have a backup of your website.
