You can reduce the title size by selecting a different tag in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader.
But if you want to modify it without changing the tag, you can use the following CSS code:

Unfortunately, there is no option to reduce this space. It is caused because of the section that is below the subheader.
If you remove it, it may break the display on your website, so the tablet and mobile versions will not look good.
