Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
What version of Betheme, WP, and PHP do you have?
Thanks
Here's our website - https://www.growth-hackers.net/. Currently, it's only the blog-page that's not working : https://www.growth-hackers.net/blog/
Betheme version: We have a betheme child theme.
PHP version : 7.4.16
WP Version : 5.7.1
Did you check if this problem appears when you switch to the parent theme?
Please, also check if this problem appears when you switch to some default theme like Twenty Twenty.
Thanks
If I do switch to the parent theme, will my current website (design) be rearranged and/or gone? I haven't tried switching themes yet because I'm afraid it will affect the website.
Thanks
If you switch to the parent theme, the changes you made will not be visible on the website, but they will not be gone. As soon as you switch back to a child theme, all modifications will be back.
Thanks
Hi Phil. I reverted back to the parent theme. You're right, nothing much has changed. But the blog-page is still not accessible. Can you advise?
Thanks
What version of the parent theme do you have? If it is not the newest one, please update it and check if it persists.
Moreover, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and recheck it.
Also, see the following video tutorial to ensure if you created your blog page correctly.
