Hi,

I have installed the new Themes Update 23. Somehow I don't see any content on the dashboard. Apparently the CSS is missing in the presentation.

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the issue persists.

    If this will not help, please, try to install a fresh copy of Betheme.

    disabled the plugins and reinstalled the themes update.

    Unfortunately nothing has changed, the CSS is missing.

    Hi,

    I checked it and the incorrect display is only shown in the current Google Chrome browser. The CSS is displayed in the IE and Mozilla browsers.

    I have tested it on both Google Chrome and Firefox, and it is working correctly.

    One of your browser extensions might cause it. Please, disable all of them, and check if this issue persists. Check it also on the incognito mode.

    Hi,

    unfortunately my dashboard is still buggy.

    You write, "One of your browser extensions may be causing this. Please disable them all and see if this problem persists."

    I have deliberately not set any browser extensions. What do you mean by that?

    They write, "Also check this in incognito mode." What kind of mode is this and where can I change it?

    If you do not have any extensions installed on your browser, then that is not the source of your issue.

    You can open the incognito mode in chrome by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N or in options.

    Also, if you have any caching plugins or caching tools on your server, please, turn them off because they might hold the previous display. Moreover, you can clear the cache on your browser.
