BeTheme Header Builder Trouble

Hi,

I have a trouble with my Betheme header builder, but first my configuration information.

When I try to edit options not show

Not show me items to drag.


What can I do to fix that? because my web is now build with this plugin and I need to modify the header.

    Please, disable all of your plugins except the Header Builder, and check if the issue still appears.

    we aren't make any changes on plugins and everything is updated. can you help me please?

    Do you have any caching tools enabled on your server?

    If yes, please, disabable them, refresh your cache, and check if the issue persists. You can clear the cache even if you do not have such tools.

    If this will not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact will check what might be the reason.

    One of your plugins caused it. I have turned all of them, except Header Builder, and it is working fine.

    I have rechecked it, and it is working as I told you. Check the following screenshot:

    The only plugin activated is Header Builder at this moment.

    Moreover, I left only supported plugins (Contact Form 7, Slider Revolution, WPBakery, YOAST), and it is working as well.


    After deactivating plugins, please, refresh your cache to see if items in Header Builder works.

    And I try in other PC/laptop with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet explorer. And I see the same message. Can you help me please.

    Can I turn off your plugins (except Header Builder) and keep them off, so you will check if it is working for you? Because as I showed you in the previous screenshot, it was working when I deactivated unsupported plugins.

    You can turn on the "Under construction" for this testing time.
