403 error in backoffice after upgrading to version 23
Yesterday everything was working fine. This morning I upgraded to version 23 and I cannot access anything in the back office (error 403).
What can I do before downgrade?
Thanks!

Checked. Downgrading to version 22.0.2.1 solves the problem.
Hello,
Did you empty the cache after the update?
You can create a subdomain with the newest Betheme version and check if this issue persists when you turn off all of the plugins.
Thanks
Hello.
Yes, I erased the cache, and tried another browser. And I have done a temporary installation with the new version and the problems are repeated.
Thanks.

On other websites hosted on the same server, the update is completed without problems. I comment on this for ruling out the server as the source of the problem.
Thanks.
You have sent me access to a website with version 22.0.2.1.
Please create a subdomain/temporary domain with a copy of your website, but with updated Betheme to the newest version, please. Thanks to that I will be able to see what is happening.
In that case, you can also contact your hosting provider, and ask him to look at the logs if there are no errors.
Thanks.
Hello again.
Today I was able to dedicate a few hours to the problem and I have discovered that the 403 error is due to ModSecurity (the Plesk fiwerall for applications). After adding custom directives, the website already works correctly with BeTheme 23.0.2
Thanks.
I am glad that you resolved your issue.
If is there anything else I could help you with, please, let me know.
Thanks
