On one site I have 3 sections, 12 Wraps and 40 columns, and I can't add more.

Is it possible that there is some post length limit set on the server?

Do you know where to set it?

You have a low max input vars value.

Please, contact your hosting provider and ask him to increase this value to at least 5000.
