where would i have to eddit this footer part to make it have a menu on the center to make it look like this one? It doesnt seem to be on the footer option either

Hello,
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer, and there you will be able to center this part.

You need to have created a footer menu and select it as the Social menu bottom.
