Header Builder on iPad Pro - desktop/tablet mode not quite working
Hi,
I am using the Header Builder to create specific headers for my website but have come across an issue, I wonder if you can help.
I have created menus for desktop and also tablet/mobile, which is simple enough. The problem is, some tablets are more or less desktop size and are not recognising that they are tablets and using the desktop menu, which looks bad when rotating a large tablet to portrait mode.
Is there a way to fix this at all?

Unfortunately, the Header Builder has strict breakpoints for tablet and mobile view, and there is no setting to change that.
You can modify the plugin files, but we do not provide help with such customizations, and in that case, you should contact your web developer.

I think maybe you need to address yourselves and how you support this theme. So disappointed.
