Image

Hi

My website is: https://physiofirstbayside.com.au/

If you click on any link on the menu like contact, services or about, you would notice that the large image just underneath the header doesn't show full width at one go, it shows a cropped version first and then in the next second it goes full width. I can't seem to make out why?

Regards

Paul

  • Hello,

It is normal behavior because the content on the website needs to load.

Unfortunately, there is no setting to change that, but you can use some kind of preloader so your pages will be visible when the content is fully loaded.

  • Thanks Phil.

I notice when I look at your demo website: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/psychologist2/about/. The images come instantly (perhaps in a fraction of a second) but there is no cropping as such of the image. The whole image comes at one go. So I wonder why it loads ina. differentr way on my website.

Is there any wordpress plugin that I can use for the preloader?

    Cheers

    Paul

  • You choose the Elementor version of this demo, and the one from the link is made with Muffin Builder. As you can see, they work slightly differently. Also, it depends on your hosting, network speed, etc.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend any preloader plugin because we did not test no with our theme. Hi,

You can find the list of supported plugins on this page, in the sidebar:

    https://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048

You will have to test them on your own, but there are many preloaders available, so you should find something for yourself.

    Best regards
