Importing Theme Settings (not saving)

It seems for whatever reason after the new update, it reset my settings but luckily I had a backup the only problem is that it won't import, it just refreshes the page.
I have the recommended PHP Settings and all the resources are just fine.

Oh, turns out the cause of the issue was the "BeCustom Plugin" I will disable that for now.

Do you have the newest version of Betheme?
If not, please, update it because BeCustom works from version 24.0.1.
