Can I import the text of a specific page or article in muffin buiders section ?

Some of my client are not geeks 
And it is not easy to explain how to add text in a page or an article in wordpress. So it's more difficult to explain how to write and to find a text in mulffin builders > wp content or visual editor.

So it's more difficult to explain how to write and to find a text in mulffin builders > wp content or visual editor.So i would like to target a specific page or an article in a section of muffin buiders. So that my client will have to understand only one thing to update his text : to find the right page in "page" or article 
It's mean to have a tool like "blog" and instead of choosing a category, it will be possible to choose an id without feature image and meta.
Is that possible to do that ?
(i hope i'm clear - i'm french and english is not my first language)...

to be honest we are not sure if we think about the same. Will be great if you can make a scree shot of what you mean and maybe then we'll avoid confuse.
